The Chef’s Table experience at Maydanoz offers a unique dining journey. It provides an intimate semi-private space with views of the kitchen. Guests can enjoy the energy of the dining room while witnessing the culinary theatre of the open kitchen.
This interactive dinner experience allows guests to engage with the chef as they create a gastronomic meal tailored to their menu choice, using locally sourced seasonal produce and staying true to original Anatolian recipes.
