Maydanoz is an Aegean Turkish coast inspired bar & restaurant paying homage to regions vegetarian and olive oil driven casual meze bars. Managed by the team behind Efendy and Anason
The menu is based on produce driven delights of Aegean region of Turkey, rich in culture and variety of the produce, dairy, fish and lamb.

There is a special attention for natural and local Turkish wines from the coastline stretching from Gallipoli on the north to Denizli on the south. Expect mineral-rice whites like Narince, Kolorko and Yapincak and delicate and floral reds like Papaskarasi, Calkarasi and Karalahna. We also pride ourselves having a cocktail menu crafted by our head mixologist with special attention to regions produce, like Zumrut ( Emerald) made with spiced rum, fresh parsley and apple juice.
